   new version of this plugin just released about an hour ago.
   
   I found that it works if you remove [line 58](https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-camera/blob/24839eb71fff2cd97cfae58faff8e0d4f285a7ef/plugin.xml#L58C1-L59C1) of the plugin.xml before compiling your Android platform. if you don't remove that line, then your compilation may complain about a "duplicate" erquest for permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
