Function is added to refresh the server view and remove the application undeployed outside eclipse. Changes are committed at revision: 1080130.

For application which are deployed outside eclipse, since we don't have a solution to build the relationship of an application on server and a project in eclipse, so far GEP doesn't refresh to add these applications.
