One lump patch should be fine Lars.  All the above looks good. 

Hey, I can't figure a way to display our 'book' inside an html frame so we keep the header and margins.  Here is currently what it looks like when you browse to it http://hbase.apache.org/docs/r0.89.20100726/book.html from here, http://hbase.apache.org/docs/r0.89.20100726/

Don't spend time on it if you don't have an idea -- I've already spent a bunch of time on it and currently am of the opinion that its not possible -- thats ok if that is the case.... would just be an nice to have.
