What fix-version to use when resolving items in Jira?

I'm looking to mark LUCENENET-504 and LUCENENET-506 as resolved, but it 
asks for a fix-version. It seems wrong to select the 3.0.3 release, it's 
currently in some kind of incubation in a separate branch. Should the 
3.6 release be selected instead? Or should I ignore entering a fix 
version and just mark them as resolved?
