   It's absolutelly a partitioned-topic, here I tried to updata parititions from 10 to 30.
   With the "bin/pulsar-admin topics list" command there were 30 partitions of persistent://ACE/2131/0_2131_20491_0_manage, but with "bin/pulsar-admin topics get-partitioned-topic-metadata" command, only 10……
