   eliminate the `A compare A`
   
    is not null
   
   - EQ:
   - LE:
   - GE:
   - EQ_FOR_NULL:
   
   false
   
   - NE:
   - LT:
   - GT:
   
   ```sql
   where col = col; -> where col is not null;
   
   where col != col; -> where false;
   ```
