Link to ManifoldCF release 0.4 is not working

Hi,

I see that a new release ManifoldCF 0.4 is available. But the download link
provided at page
http://incubator.apache.org/connectors/en_US/index.htmldoesn't seem to
work.

Can someone please look at this ?

I broke the site inadvertantly with an .htaccess file that the web
server doesn't like.  It should be back up soon.

In the interim you can go to http://people.apache.org/~kwright; the
0.4-incubating artifacts are all still there.
