Who's in charge of the layout of that site?  Several things are broken
and poorly designed:

- the row of icons on the upper right overlays the links in the blue
   rectangle (depending on browser window width)

- similarly, the "Python Powered" image obscures content at the bottom

- the big feather image is on the left instead of the right, causing
   the important topic name to disappear off the right before the less
   important feather image (especially for pages such as
    http://wiki.apache.org/ant/NewAntFeaturesInDetail/XmlNamespaceSupport)

- it appears that the text is reduced from the default size
   (see the links at the bottom of
    http://www.smart.net/~dsb/2003/design/webstyle/ReducedFontSize.html)
