Problem with PGP

Hi team,

my laptop got broken a couple of days ago and I've lost my gpg key.

I'm following
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/JCLOUDS/Releasing+jclouds#Releasingjclouds-GPGSigningKey
but I'm not entirely sure I'm all set as, obviously, I can't run something
like `gpg -d credentials.asc` from
https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/jclouds/

Can anyone help me or address me to the right ASF team, please?
