[jira] [Updated] (ISIS-97) Replace dependency on Sergey Ilinksy's XmlHttpRequest with JQuery's ajax() method instead.

Dan Haywood updated ISIS-97:
----------------------------

    Description:
Although we've had an email [1] from the developer agreeing to cross-license this code as both ASLv2 and LGPL, the main website [2] still refers only to LGPL.

The preference of the Isis community is to replace this dependency with one that is unambiguous compatible with ASLv2. I've decided to use JQuery's ajax() function.
