RE: Is Xerces-C have an installation for the IBM OS/390 mainframe ?

You know, they don't seem to give any credit to the Xerces/XML4C effort in
any of that documentation. That don't seem right. At worst, given IBM's
efforts behind the Xerces C++/Java XML parsers, you'd think that they'd crow
about it for that reason. But even without that, you'd think that they'd
want to indicate that their work is based on the Xerces work.

Yes, IBM has an XML toolkit for z/OS and OS/390, both C++ and Java.
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/software/xml/ has more details.
