    Description: Once both Tephra and Omid both use Table instead of HTableInterface, the TAL methods should be updated as well. Support for this in Tephra was included in the recent 0.15.0 release and for Omid in OMID-107.  (was: Once Omid supports Table instead of HTableInterface (OMID-107), the TAL methods should be updated as well.)
