apache commons-io version

Can you upgrade your version of commons-io in FOP1.x.
The current version is very old and causes a problem for the DITA-OT 
users since the DITA Maven plug-in uses the deleteQuietly method which 
appeared in version 1.4.
The current version is 2.4

Have not checked 2.x but the same request could apply.
