[vote] Declare tag 5.0m12a@r901653 as 5.0 Milestone 12a
I have created signed source archives for revision r901653 of tag
5.0m12a[0] and made them available at:
http://people.apache.org/~hindessm/5.0m12a/
Please test these artifacts and then vote for declaring these source
archives as 5.0 Milestone 12a.
This vote will be open for at least three days, or until all binding
votes have been cast (if earlier).
If the vote is successful, binary builds from these artifacts will be
made available on the download page, as usual.

Sniff test look good. EOL's are fine, offending file changed, builds
ok, etc. Running tests now.
I agree to re-starting the vote.

Please can someone sanity check the latest windows artifacts before I

I generated the current ones on a Windows machine with the "ant bundle-src"
target.
Hmm... I do tend to use cygwin shells a lot perhaps I did the "svn co" in
one by mistake.

[1] Ok, I didn't check ALL of them, but those I randomly sampled are wrong.
