   @tysonnorris Why not move to openjdk instead of using oracle?
   
   We can use the same one we are moving the Java runtime to
   ```
   FROM adoptopenjdk/openjdk8-openj9:jdk8u162-b12_openj9-0.8.0
   ```

   They have alpine flavor
