below the link text.

Please upgrade to the latest FOP release (0.92 beta). The problem doesn't exist
there. The branch where 0.20.5 came from is frozen and is not maintained anymore.

This document demonstrates the offset links issue. Drag you mouse down the
page and notice the tool tip will pop up with the data from the first link
about 4 rows into the table. Popups will continue to appear 4 rows after the
end of the table. Otherwise works fine.
