[Bug 123144] Print - Mail merge: Mail merge database dialog will not appear for document saved from AOO 4.0.0

Note that one detail here, as discussed by user "vitriol" on the mailing lists
in Italian and as hinted from Ariel above, deserves attention: a document that
works in 3.4.1, if opened and saved from 4.0, will be broken in 3.4.1 too. 

This makes the bug rather unpleasant and, I'd say, a candidate for 4.0.1 if it
is possible to find a risk-free fix.
