   Linking #380, as it seems the amount of people wanting to upgrade rises and Pulsar already has released v3.1. 
   It would be great if the helm chart could be updated accordingly to use pulsar v3+, as deploying it on your own is major undertaking (at least for me) 
   PR #366 is unmerged so far with the comment
   > the `apachepulsar/pulsar-all:3.0.0` image is not valid, see https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/20420 . It's better to postpone updating to 3.0.x until 3.0.1 has been published.

   which was released during late August.
   I'm completely new to k8s / pulsar hence I'm not of much help but I am willing to test if needed. :)
