Xerces 1.2.1 J zip

Imports of Xerces.jar into a VisualAge for Java 3.0 repository
are failing.

If anyone out there has made this happen successfully, can you
get me a copy of the Xerces 1.2.1 J in Envy repository (.dat)
format?

I've not had this problem before.
