Adding Pluto Committers to the PMC

PMC Members,

Nick Lothian and I have both recently requested consideration for the 
Portals PMC in order to add a little more Pluto representation.  While 
we have both received positive feedback concerning this request, we have 
not received any information on how to proceed.

Is there anything that we need to do in order to make this request 
official?  Would someone shed a little light on the PMC process and what 
is required for someone to be added.

Thanks for the update Raphael.  I look forward to working with all of you.

I'll definitely propose a vote for Nick once we get through the Holiday 
season.

Your request have been accepted a few weeks ago and you have been added 
to the official PMC list, although
Santiago seems to have forgotten notifying you :)

You just need to subscribe to pmc@portals.apache.org if that's not 
already the case.

Unfortunately, Nick request hasn't been considered yet mainly because 
most of the Jetspeed guys
were busy putting out a Jetspeed 2 release and the request simply got 
lost. I apologize to him on this
delay that is absolutely unrelated to his request.

Now, as a PMC member, feel free to open the voting thread on the PMC 
list although I think it would
probably be better to wait early January because I'm sure many people 
are busy elsewhere at this time
of year :)

I personnally will be offline most of next week.
