We npw have a test which contradicts the assertions in this bug.  See
org.apache.commons.net.ftp.ListingFunctionalTest.testListFilesWithPathAndAutodetection()

This doesn't mean that the reporter was wrong.  But it is possible that other
changes have inadvertently fixed this one.  If the reporter can reproduce this
with the latest code, he should feel free to reopen it.
