Tweety license update

Hi Leo:

Just noticed that Tweety contains the "@year@" in the license - that
needs to be changed to "(c) 2002". I can update them for you or do you
want to take care of this?

Chers, Steve.

Keep in mind that it looks like there will be license variant (at least
in the short term). I've just received confirmation from Roy Fielding
the content over on avalon-apps/enterprise can incorporate the Exolab
license. He also mentioned that it is preferable that the Exolab
content be included in the source as opposed to a reference to a LICENSE
file.

Cheers, Steve.

Seems that checkstyle has this already:

    http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/config_header.html

Just a thought - I think there is something in checkstyle (or maybe just
planned) to check the header of a source file. There is a guy on the
checkstyle team over on the OpenORB project - I can check with him about
the current status.

it does?

actually it's '(C) @year@' that needed to change to '(c) 2002'. ( (c) is
preferred over (C) even if the capital (C) is allowed; the (c) can
apparantly even be ommitted according to some). I committed tweety
changes...

...I just spent two hours on a tool to auto-verify & update license
headers (to be tied into cvs server) but I'm no good at regexp so it's
not getting anywhere....
