Jira requested.
Hi All,
I could not see Jira requested anywhere else so have created an Issue for
it.
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INCUBATOR-21
Thinking about it, maybe this should have been put on @infra Jira instead.

Ok, thanks Paul, I tried first of all creating a 'New Jira Project' via
infra but it did not like any names I put in for Admin.
So I created an Issue for @infra to create it for us.

Yes, the issue belongs in the Infra category, not Incubator.
