Help with mpm prefork

Hello to all,

I need to do some changes in my mpm prefork (prefork.c). I need to use a priority queue that apache API supplies. So, I have two questions:

1 -  Can I use the priority queue that apache API supplies in my mpm prefork?

2 - I need to know if exis some area of shared memory that can I change 
data between the prefork mpm and my own module, for example, I need to pass the queue size information to my module test.c (LoadModule test).
