Makes sense to put in the version number from the build.xml
Couple of differences with Guillaume though - still recommend having rest of
the info in a MANIFEST.MF file and checking that out, as is being done
currently. (Actually, his example kind of conforms to this, wherein he uses
both the 'manifest' attribute and 'manifest' nested element, thereby merging
both of them)
