   we made some fixes around failed roll backs in 0.11 or 0.11.1. essentially if a rollback is failed mid-way, next time if we restart the pipeline, hudi was creating a new rollback instant to rollback the partially failed commit. We also fixed an issue where in, even if no partialy failed commits are found, but if pending rollbacks are found, those will be attempted again. 
   Can you @eric9204 give 0.12 or 0.11.1 a try and let us know if you see the same issue.
