Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1791.

tested and verified in https://dev.seagrid.org
Logged in to PGA and clicked on 'Admin Dashboard'
Then waited about 30 minutes and clicked again on 'Admin Dashboard'
User was logged out for being inactive for a long time and had message "You need to login to use this service." displayed
