So looks like its working as described.

No plugins that I can find will do diffs to space only daily summary.

I'm ok with the daily summary mentioning all spaces, I can then choose my own space to view or browse to see what others are doing if I fee like.

For now, the one email for all will have to do. If I or someone comes across a plugin I'd be happy to apply it.
