Tidy up of antlr4 "subproject" in master branch

Hi all,

Though we don't have immediate plans for doing an alpha release of 2.6 or
3.0, I created an issue to knock over some of the items we'd need to do
before such a release:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GROOVY-8177

Daniel, you might want to check that the license/header changes I did match
with what you expect.

Cheers, Paul.
P.S. I haven't merged those changes into GROOVY_2_6_X branch yet. There are
some recent commits to master that need to be cherry-picked back onto that
branch first.

Should be fixed now. And also the GROOVY_2_6_X branch is fixed.

Cheers, Paul.

Hi Paul,

The build of master has failed since the commit(
https://travis-ci.org/apache/groovy/builds/229794839?utm_source=github_status&utm_medium=notification
), but TeamCity has no problem. I guess TeamCity does not cover antlr4's
tests(requires `-PuseAntlr4=true`).

Cheers,
Daniel.Sun

It does not matter. Feel free to change them(including the license headers
of antlr4 grammar files).

Cheers,
Daniel.Sun
