Currently the {{ClusterClient}} interface extends {{AutoCloseable}} but provides a default, empty implementation for the {{close()}} method. This is error-prone as subclass implementations may not think that they need to actually implement a proper {{close()}}.

 

To this end, this issue aims at removing the default implementation and each implementation of the {{ClusterClient}} will have to explicitly provide its own implementation.
