If you list the bundles using the webconsole you get not results:
{noformat}
${USER}@root()> bundle:list -t 0                                                                                        
START LEVEL 100 , List Threshold: 0                                                                                     
ID | State | Lvl | Version | Name                                                                                       
---------------------------------      
{noformat}

This is probably another example that the authentication is not working
