Update

Just a quick update, I've been working on ServiceDiscoveryManager, I haven't been able to track down the remaining timing / concurrency issues on my hardware.

I've purchased a Sun T5240 to assist with concurrency debugging.  128 threads, should do the trick.

Also be useful for running jtreg tests.

Then I'll produce some release candidates for wider testing.
