More recently and more aggressively, TestWritesWithExactlyOnceSemanticsWithChurnyElections has been passing and complaining about memory leaks in some environments (in some centos 6.6 environments running a full ctest suite locally). I've attached a log showing this behavior. [^exactly_once_writes-itest.txt]
