sub-shards

Varun Thacker commented on SOLR-5004:
-------------------------------------
What if we call this param - "numShards" instead?
Also we would need to document this param and make it more clear in the ref-guide that there are three ways to split via the "ranges" , "split.key" and "numShards/numSubShards" param

> As of now, a SPLITSHARD call is hardcoded to create 2 sub-shards from the parent one. Accept a parameter to split into n sub-shards.
> Default it to 2 and perhaps also have an upper bound to it.
