[PR] fix(arrow/scalar): use exact decimal scaling for string casts [arrow-go]
fallintoplace opened a new pull request, #1107:

Decimal scalar string casts build the scale factor through math.Pow10 and float64, which is not exact for large scales.
Use the decimal types existing exact ToBigFloat conversion and cover Decimal128 and Decimal256 string casts.
