When Hadoop is hosted on windows platform, the usersync lacks ability to pull in the users from Windows Platform (unless it is setup as Active Directory users). Also, if the RangerAdmin  can use windows authentication to login, it would provide easier access for Windows User into RangerAdmin UI.
