Issue with ssl_expr_scan.c on apache2.0.36

HI

this is the known bug in the apache2.0.35, so i have been advised to go
the
next release
2.0.36, now the problem is ,

I am not able to compile the source of 2.0.39 with mod_ssl

Here is the error

ssl_expr_scan.c
lex.ssl_expr_yy.c(1753) : error C2143: syntax error : missing ')' before

'constant'

Did any one have any work around for this

thanks in advance

I know you mean .6

You're not trying to add mod_ssl to it, right? 2.x comes with mod_ssl
built in, so ou just need to add the right flag to configure. I've
built 2.0.36 with SSL with the following.

Obviously you'd set prefix to the location you want Apavhe to be
installed, and /usr/local/ssl is the default OpenSSL install location
(at least on Solaris, which is what I've done this on), so if you've
placed it somewhere else, change the with-ssl directive.

./configure --prefix=/local/webhome/apache-2.0.36
--enable-mods-shared="ssl" --with-ssl="/usr/local/ssl"

You shouldn't have any errors.

This will compile SSL as a shared object, you can use --enable-mods
instead if you want it compiled in.
