Little error in Makefile.PL?

while I was trying to install in my system I get this message:

You are attempt to build XML::Xerces-2.3.0 using Xerces-C-2.5.0,

You must use Xerces-C-2.5.0

Apart from the problem I have asked before abut installing with xerces-c
2.5.0 it seems like the error message is quite confusing, I have make a
little change in Makefile.PL and this is now the error message:
