Hi all!

As requested I have more info regarding the error message.

ERROR

exception! javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not read message;
  nested exception is:
        java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: %CHARSET

JVM exiting abnormally. Shutting down Phoenix.
