AWS Regions - Events - There are no events being generated when a new account is added/edited/enabled.

Add a new account.

Edit details an existing account.

Enable an account that is currently disabled.

There are no events being for these actions.

I see no entries in the event table.

Deleting /Disabling an existing account , results in an event and I see the following entry in the event DB.

Since there are no events generated , we are also not able to publish these events to the RabbitMQ server.
