[PR] docs(dashboard): document native filters on semantic views [superset]

### SUMMARY
#40475 let native (dashboard) filters target semantic views, not just table datasets, when the `SEMANTIC_LAYERS` feature flag is enabled. Nothing in the docs covered this. Adds a short section to the dashboard tutorial explaining how to add a filter targeting a semantic view's dimensions.
