Code freeze

Hi All,

The code for fop will be frozen until the next release.
Unless any show stoppers are found which need immediate fixing.

I encourage people to give it a go and provide feedback.

Noted recent problems:
Some log messages are not very clear.
Some log messages may go to the wrong place (if embedded).
Batik (a cvs version) has some url resolving problems.
