   `source.workload.namespace` should be used to assemble the service name, by following rule `source.workload.namespace`.`source.workload.name`.
   
   The ref doc is https://istio.io/docs/reference/config/policy-and-telemetry/attribute-vocabulary/
   
   @hanahmily Only need to change Istio **IstioTelemetryGRPCHandler**, also Istio `operator_cfg.yml` needs to be changed.
