----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: TUSCANY-3673
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-3673
Project: Tuscany
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Brent Daniel
Assignee: Brent Daniel
The JMS binding header attributes "type", "time to live", "priority", and "delivery mode" can be specified in several places. The runtime needs to prioritize them as follows:
1) The value from the JMS binding URI
2) The value from the operation properties headers
3) The value from the headers element
4) The default value for the headers element
