1. JDO 3.2 release RC5

RC5 includes the changes to the pom for the latest DataNucleus releases and also removes the .pdf specification.

Michael installed the RC5 and ran the tck with no errors.
Craig downloaded the RC5 and validated the sha512 checksums and validated the signatures against the updated KEYS file that now includes Tilmann's public key.

AI Tilmann: cancel the vote for RC4 and call a vote for RC5.
