using ParameterSerializer

hi all,
i use the ParameterSerializer and i have the following exception:
java.lang.ClassCastException: Config
  at org.apache.soap.encoding.soapenc.ParameterSerializer.marshall(ParameteSerializer.java)
please can you help me to solve this problem ??
