[VOTE] Release ActiveMQ-CPP 3.1.0
Hi everyone,
The V3.1.0 release of ActiveMQ-CPP is now up for a vote, this release
features some new features as well as several bug fixes and performance
improvements.
The 3.1.0 Version of the CPP client addresses the following:
* Updated CMS API with full exception hierarchy matching the JMS
exceptions closely, improved documentation in the CMS API as well.
* New Inactivity Monitor for better detection of broken connections.
* Rewritten Threads API now uses less memory and performs better.
* Many fixes in the exception handling code to better describe errors
and ensure that the correct exceptions are propagated to the client.
* Supports the Individual Acknowledge Mode.
* Many bugs have been found and fixed.
