LocationLogger

Hi,

I've just had time to play around with this :

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32897

It seems to work quite well producing the desired output etc.

Any problems putting this in 1.7.1? Anyone else had chance to try it
out (especially those who use emacs to properly test the -e mode?)

I'm +0 on adding it, but if someone objects...

If you make the core extraction (-e) logic something in the default
logger, I could add it to the BigProjectLogger...I want to do an XML
version of that logger too, for better cruise control support

My personal opinion: +0

However, given Steve's stated need for some of the
content of this contribution in other loggers, and my
good experience with Kevin Greiner's fixcrlf filter,
I'd upgrade to a +0.5 or so. :)
