[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-11030) Whitelist mailing list posts from gerrit

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11030?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15487787#comment-15487787 ]

Jim Apple commented on INFRA-11030:
-----------------------------------

We had the same problem on reviews@ on Impala (incubating repo), and I fixed it by subscribing the gerrit from address to reviews-allow@, which allows posting by it without sending it emails.

> The Kudu podling is currently using an external gerrit instance for code review. We're still working on figuring out the best way to use gerrit within ASF, but in the meantime, we'd like to start forwarding our code review emails to the ASF dev list instead of to our old non-ASF list.
> What's the best way to white-list the gerrit emails?
