Enabling server-side callbacks (see CAY-660) in a multi-tier environment is very important, as the server-side processing logic can be easily added via callbacks, making ROP twice as usable.
The current approach I am taking is to provide an ability to flip the callbacks flag on ClientServerChannel, and let Cayenne create needed context wrappers.
